Q-emuLator is a software emulator of the QL,
running as an application in the Windows and Mac OS environments. Q-emuLator has an interpreter of the 68008's instructions, and emulates the basic QL's hardware, redirecting input and output to the Mac's or PC's video, keyboard, mouse, disks, sound hardware and serial ports.
To download Q-emuLator, visit either the Windows or OS X page on this web site.
Q-emuLator is written in C and part of its sources (the 68008 processor emulation sources -
.ZIP file (28KB) or .SIT file (32KB)) are freely available to anyone interested.
The emulator has been ported to UNIX by Richard Zidlicky,
under the UQLX name.
All its sources are included in the UQLX distribution.
jsrom.zip (104KB) is the disassembly of the QL rom (version JS) that was available on the Maya ftp site, plus a few more comments and corrections.
Zeljko Nastasic has released to the public technical information about his Aurora card (aurora.zip (7KB)). If you want to read the document now, I converted it to HTML.
